The taste is a lot but getting there!

This has been a very hard one for me to get the kids to take. They aren't fussy but this one was tricky. I've ended up making capsules and my 6yo can swallow them. Hoping my 4yo can do the same when he moves on to the eliminate. Have noticed some subtle changes over the course :)

A good product, helping my little ones gut

Took us a little while to get used to the flavour - it's quite strong and I wonder what it would taste like without the pineapple flavour? Perhaps easier to mask? We tried in water and then gummies but had good success in mango smoothies. I think we are noticing a difference 🤞

Love your product

Before starting Eliminate, my 2-year-old was not paying attention, was not responding to his name, couldn’t stay still for long, and was constantly running around the house and in public places.

I started doing some research and found that it could possibly be related to gut health, so I decided to try detoxing. Around that time, I kept seeing ads for BB Kids Eliminate.

After 8 weeks of my son being on Eliminate, I noticed such a big difference. He stopped running around for no reason, started paying attention when people were talking to him, and began responding to his name.

Terrible tasting.

We have tried every recipe under the sun. Feel very disheartened as all the reviews are positive I didn’t think it would taste so bad. We had purchased as per the vaccination protocol + 1 extra repair. I had emailed to say our toddler could not get passed the taste. There is no recipe that masks the bad taste and it is unusable if my toddler won’t have it. Now I have products in which cost a lot of money the other 3 unopened and cannot return them. My fault for not reading the return policy but I wish someone had made a review highlighting the taste. When I emailed customer service they are aware the taste isn’t great.. in this climate to have spent a lot of money for products that are unusable is pretty awful really. I wish they had’ve worked for our family, furthermore I purchased also looking at reviews and with high hopes.

Taste can be a challenge for some children, particularly those with heightened sensitivities, however the majority of families use these products successfully - often by following the preparation methods and recipes we provided when you reached out .
From our side, we provided multiple options to help with acceptance, and our founder Brooke also personally stepped in to assist. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive any further response or have the opportunity to continue working with you on a tailored approach, which is often where we see the best outcomes.
Regarding returns, we’re unable to accept products back once they’ve left our facility, as we can no longer guarantee their quality and therefore can’t resell them. This applies regardless of whether items are opened or unopened.
